After adding an item to your shopping cart you can continue to shop by clicking the back button on your browser. The shopping cart remembers your order and you can edit it before you check out.
After placing your order you will receive
an
e-mail Subject: Order with your order number.
This is only a confirmation
that your order has been accepted into our secure ordering system.
If you do not receive this e-mail then the
item or items you ordered are no longer available or some information
was
left out of your order. Please email us to confirm your order was
received.

We will retrieve your order from the secure shopping cart and start to process the paperwork to ship your order. Usually this is on the same day it is placed with the exception of weekends. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern will start to process the following day. Friday night to Sunday night orders start to process on the following Monday. Please allow us 3 or 4 business days to get all paperwork processed and your order shipped. UPS will send you an e-mail with ship date, tracking number and scheduled delivery date when we ship your order if you supply us with a street address UPS can deliver to.
If you would like to order a pre order item please place that order separately from any order for in stock items. This helps us process both orders in a timely manner and insures your order will be processed properly.
If you find another item on our web site you would like to purchase after you have already placed an order you will need to place another order. We cannot match shopping cart orders. The paperwork flows in one direction and once we start to process your order we cannot halt it's progress. All orders are time stamped and are processed in that order. No exceptions please.
Not all orders will we be able to fill completely. Our inventory turns over very fast and sometimes we run out of an item before all orders are filled. Orders are time stamped by the secure shopping cart and are processed in by the time stamp. They are then filled by the oldest time stamp first.
Your credit card is not charged until we confirm we have the item or items you ordered in stock. Sometimes we might hold an order for a couple days if we know an item you ordered is due in. Only then is a charge made to your credit card. The shopping cart does not charge your card. Your credit card is processed in our office after confirming we have the items you ordered.
If the credit card you supply us declines or comes back as an invalid number we will try to contact you for another card number.
If we cannot fill your order completely we will include an invoice stating which items we were not able to ship.
If we cannot fill your order at all we will e-mail advising you of the same.
We do not include any credit card receipts in any packages to protect your card number. If you would like a receipt please request one in the comments section when you check out.
Priority Mail for APO, FPO, PO Box and any requests for Street address delivery shipping charges will all be adjusted to the zone rates listed at usps.com. Priority Mail is no longer a flat rate.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will be adjusted to Domestic Priority Mail rates.

for UPS packages shipped to a street address in the 48 US States.
Canada and International Information
International and Canada shipping charges will all be adjusted to Priority Mail International rates shipped by the United States Post Office (USPS). This is the least expensive rate offered by the Post Office. 6-10 days for delivery.
The shopping cart can handle Canadian and
International
addresses. Canadian orders please select correct Providence listed
under
State/Prov. International orders please select Outside
US/Canada under State/Prov. and then
type
your Country
in the Zip Code Box.
Charges for International postage are figured
on postage from the usps.com web site.
